Le Loft Description

Located at the crossroads of Montreal's hottest nightlife district - St. Laurent and Ste. Catherine - Loft is very popular with the university crowd, who seem to love the wide metal staircase and ceiling ventilation ducts that give the place its warehouse look. Inside, the mural decor titillates with psychedelic-style drawings, no doubt influenced by the recent violent comic strip trend. Loft's spacious quarters are divided into two distinct sections. One side features a bar with small wood tables, a pool table, a dance floor, and plays a kind of alternative retro rock music. The other side has more of an underground look and offers a dance floor and techno ambiance.

Loft's patrons consist of university students of all ages clad in casual T-shirts and jeans. People don't come here to look good. They come for a great time!
